GENERAL INFORMATION

All prices on this site are in USD and exclude taxes (7% GST + 7.5% QST), framing and shipping unless otherwise stated. All Mixed Media pieces created before 2010 will have to be displayed behind UV resistant glass to keep the work form fading. Framing can be arranged by the artist before shipping on the buyers request, in that case all framing expenses will be covered by the buyer. All works are signed by the artist on the front, have the title and date on the back and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. All reproduction and copyrights are retained by the artist after sale. Please be aware that the colors and brightness of the digital representations may vary due to your monitor. Therefore the original may be slightly different from the digital images seen on this or any other site.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

PayPal is the preferred method of payment but any other form of payment is open to discussion - please contact me before ordering if you have another payment choice to ensure that it can be accommodated.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All prices on this website exclude shipping and handling. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees as well as all customs and duty related fees. Shipping fees will be based on the location of the buyer and will be charged separately. The buyer can decide not to buy the artwork after shipping charges are calculated, in this case all previous payments will be returned to the buyer within five business days. When shipped all works are carefully packaged and protected. Each work will be shipped according to each of their individual requirements. Artwork is usually shipped within 5 days of cleared payment.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the artwork, please notify me of your desire to return your purchase within 30 days of sale. I gladly accept returns of artwork returned in its original condition. Refunds can be issued if the buyer does not like what he or she receives. The total cost of the artwork will be refunded if the artwork is returned in the same condition that it was sent within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees, and there are no refunds on return shipping and insurance fees paid for by the buyer who returns the purchase. I will issue a refund upon receipt and acceptance of the artwork. Refunds will not be possible for works that have deteriorated due to incorrect display.
